Précon Middle East E-learning develops customer-specific and public trainings. You can find more information regarding customer-specific trainings under working methodology. You access our public training by signing in as a customer and then logging in through this site . Below you find some demos of public trainings. However some of them are in Dutch.

The introduction course, "Food safety", is intended for employees of production companies in the food sector. The training aims to make the students aware of the importance of hygiene and order and cleanliness in the context of food safety. Subjects such as quality, contaminations , growth conditions for micro-organisms , rules for personal hygiene and HACCP are discussed. This training rewarded with a certificate, is available in Arabic , English and Polish language.
The training, " Advanced HACCP " is a synoptic view of how HACCP actually works in practice. The background and significance are clearly explained. The HACCP process is explained, step-by-step. Through examples and learning questions, the student gets clear ideas of how this HACCP process can be applied in their organization. This training is available in English and Dutch. Arabic version in progress.
This training is intended for employees engaged in cleaning processes at their company or who work for specialised cleaning agencies. The course explains why cleaning is important. The difference between cleaning and disinfection is also discussed. Terms such as ' clean ' and ' dirty ' are explained. Much attention is given to the elements of " the cleaning plan " such as resources, material, methods, control and registration. Finally, the safety of staff, materials and machinery as well as environmental issues are included in this training. This training is available in English and Dutch. Arabic version in progress.
This training is intended for everyone who works in the catering or is planning to work in the catering. The course explains why you must be attentive while preparing and serving meals, so people won't turn sick. You get acquainted with the ideas about how you can work hygienacally. In this training, the following questions are answered:
1: what is food hygiene and why is it important?
2: what is HACCP and what should you do?
3: in which way food can be contaminated?
4: what are micro-organisms and how the customers can be prevented from becoming sick because of them?
5: which rules apply for personal hygiene?
6: company hygiene: how can you ensure that your work place is clean and tidy?
7: where do you specifically need to pay attention, when you work at a particular department? This training is available in English and Arabic.
