Precon Approach Working Methodology In our vision, tailored solutions are the most effective for large employee communities. After a first inventory of the specific requirements, we develop a Statement Of User Requirements document (SOUR). This document summerizes the content of the E-learning training, and it is developed with your cooperation and approval. Once the SOUR is approved, we develop the script. The script is a detailed presentation of the content that is approved by you. Development of the training proceeds with a thorough testing in coordination with you.
